SSAH & ACSD Funding Information Session

This information session is part of the CommunityCONNECT series hosted by the Family Navigation Hub at Holland Bloorview. This monthly event series shares information and resources with families related to social needs such as stable housing, food security, access to childcare and more.

This virtual information session about SSAH (Special Services At Home) and ACSD (Assistance for Children with Severe Disabilities) Funding will feature presentations by Toronto Region Special Agreement Officers: Unblind Tibbin, Shaniece Clarke and Leanne Elfa from the Ministry of Children, Community and Social Services.

The presentations will be followed by a Q&A for families to ask questions.

This workshop will include information about:

  • Understanding SSAH and ACSD provincial funding programs - eligibility criteria and program guidelines
  • What documents are required and how to apply
  • Enhanced Respite
  • Turning 18 and moving out of SSAH and ACSD
