The CONNECT (COmmunication NeuroscieNcE disCovery Team) lab conducts research aimed at exploring and advancing the understanding of the neurobiology of language, speech, and motor control, leading to innovative neurorehabilitation interventions for children with communication and swallowing disorders.
The CONNECT lab is part of the Bloorview Research Institute at Holland Bloorview Kids Rehabilitation Hospital led by Dr. Deryk Beal, clinician scientist and speech-language pathologist.
