How to access our services
Welcome to Holland Bloorview! Our client registration area is on the first floor (just across from our main Reception desk) and is your first stop when you arrive. Here you will register for your first appointment and be directed to where you need to go.
What to bring to your appointment
- Your child’s Ontario health card
- Any items listed in your appointment letter
- Any current medications your child is taking
- Family doctor’s name and telephone number
- Information about allergies to drugs or food
- Any current prosthetics, orthotics or walking aids
- Health-care insurance information or drug card
- Medical information, such as x-rays, CT scans, etc. if available

Cancelling an appointment – PLEASE PROVIDE AS MUCH NOTICE AS POSSIBLE
Please provide us with as much notice as possible if you need to cancel an appointment. This will give us the opportunity to offer the spot to another child who is waiting to be seen.

Connect2care
connect2care is an online tool that gives clients and families of Holland Bloorview Kids Rehabilitation Hospital complete access to their health care information, health records, appointments, and notes from clinical visits 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
You can register for at any time in our first-floor Registration office.
Electronic Child Health Network (eCHN)
The Electronic Child Health Network is the paediatric digital health record of Ontario. Providing eCHN consent will allow Holland Bloorview clinicians to both access your child’s clinical information from other hospitals and in turn, will allow other hospitals where your child receives services to view Holland Bloorview reports.
You will be asked if you wish to consent to this during your first visit.
Interpreter Services
Please let us know when your appointment is scheduled if you will need an interpreter. One will be provided to you at no charge.
