Do you have feedback about your child's care?
If you have a question, concern or suggestion we encourage you to talk to a member of your Holland Bloorview team right away. You can also contact client and family relations in the Grocery Foundation Resource Centre on the first floor or fill out a green feedback card (available throughout the hospital).
Client and family relations will:
- Follow-up with you within two days
- Listen to understand your concerns in a safe and confidential setting
- Explain our role and decide with you on next steps
- Follow-up and information on a regular basis
All messages requiring follow-up will be acknowledged within two days. Please provide your contact information and indicate the best way to connect with you.
