Hours of operation are Monday to Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. On your first admission to the hospital either as an inpatient or outpatient, you will need to visit the patient registration office in the front lobby. Please review the admissions or clinic information links below for more information.
What you should bring to admissions
- Your child’s Ontario health card
- Any items listed in your appointment letter
- Any current medications your child is taking
- Family doctor’s name and telephone number
- Information about allergies to drugs or food
- Any current prosthetics, orthotics or walking aids
- Health-care insurance information or drug card
- Medical information, such as x-rays, CT scans, etc. if available
- It is also helpful to bring toys for your child to play with
