Strategic Plan 2023-2030
Holland Bloorview Kids Rehabilitation Hospital has launched a new strategic plan, “Transformative Care, Inclusive World: Holland Bloorview 2030,” The strategic plan was built on the input and insights of staff, youth, families, volunteers, government, community and healthcare partners. Over 1,400 points of engagement over the course of 9 months were considered in building the plan. The strategic plan outlines four goals and five commitments for the next seven years.

Celebrating No Boundaries 2017 - 2023 (PDF)
In 2017, Holland Bloorview Kids Rehabilitation Hospital began a journey under a strategic plan entitled No Boundaries. The plan was built on the insights of children, youth, families, staff and community partners. Over the six-year journey that followed, we achieved significant success and impact despite facing substantial challenges, including a global pandemic. This document “Celebrating No Boundaries 2017-2023” serves as a testament to the ability of the Holland Bloorview team to do hard things and achieve many successes even in the face of adversity. It highlights a cross-section of the many successes achieved under the plan.

Holland Bloorview’s Equity, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) office, Inclusion, Diversity, Equity and Accessibility (IDEA) Task Force, and its Data Action subcommittee are enthusiastic to share the demographics and equity-of-experience data and analysis report from the 2020 Employee Engagement Survey. This report, “Representation, access to opportunities and feeling safe to report are not equal across identity groups at Holland Bloorview” (PDF), provides data-driven analysis into the experiences of those who work at our hospital.
