Day Respite Program Criteria
Clients must:
- Be 4 to 18 years old
- Be a registered client of Holland Bloorview Kids Rehabilitation Hospital
- Be comfortable in a group environment
- Require no more than 1:1 support
Staffing:
- There is a quality caregiver model to ensure the safety of clients and others.
- There is support from a nurse, who administers medication, performs or supervises G tube feeds and attends to medical needs such as catheterization.
- Program staff will facilitate activities for all program participants.
Sunday Day Respite Program
Date/Time: Sundays from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Price: $70.00
Who can sign up: program is for Holland Bloorview clients age 4 to 18 years.

Steps to apply to weekend day respite:
- New clients: fill out the form below. Returning clients: update the below form annually.
- Select your preferred dates, either
- Using the online date selection tool, or

- The weekend day respite team will be in touch with you about dates booked.
