How the Programs Work

Looking for a meaningful way to give back to your community? Holland Bloorview offers many unique employee engagement experiences that allow your team to work together and develop leadership skills while making an impact.

Corporate Volunteering Opportunities

Employee Impact Days

We plan and organize activities exclusively for your group that make a meaningful impact on our kids and families. Employee Impact Days require a corporate donation – the required amount varies based on activity and group size. This donation helps cover supplies for the activity and supports Holland Bloorview programs and services that you are volunteering for.

All Employee Impact Days include:

  • An exclusive behind-the-scenes tour of Holland Bloorview or a guest speaker.

Opportunities include but are not limited to:

  • Spiral Garden clean up - help prepare our onsite garden that is used for our integrated outdoor art, garden, and play program.
  • Kit assembly - assemble kits that will be gifted to Holland Bloorview clients, inpatient families, and staff.
  • Holiday Activities - help us celebrate the holidays by decorating, creating loot bags, events, etc.
  • Capes for Kids - help support our biggest fundraising event of the year by creating team kits or prepping for events and activations.

General Volunteering Opportunities

Holland Bloorview has occasional events and activities that require short notice support from volunteers where no donation is required.
