Consent

At Holland Bloorview Kids Rehabilitation Hospital, the client, family and health-care team work together to make informed decisions about treatment choices. Treatment can include receiving medicines, check-ups, physiotherapy, life skills training and coaching. The goal is to help your child take part in making decisions about their health care, if they are able to make these decisions. Children and youth often rely on input from their family and health-care team to help in making difficult decisions.
