Mark G. Johnson was the Managing Director & Co-Head, Real Estate Investment Banking at CIBC World Markets Inc. In addition to his overall responsibilities for managing the activities of the group, Mr. Johnson is responsible for delivering investment banking services to a broad section of CIBC's real estate client base. He has experience in public debt and equity offerings, initial public offerings, mergers & acquisitions, and advisory services.
