Once you have been selected to participate in a clinical trial or research study, the study coordinator will book a scan time for you.
You will receive an appointment confirmation via email with information about your appointment.

Hours
The MRI Research Unit is open Monday to Friday 9:30 AM to 4:30 PM.
Arrival at the Hospital for a study appointment
When arriving to the Hospital follow the blue MRI signs:
- Upon entering from the main entrance of the hospital, head right from the atrium and take the elevators in the hallway by the pool viewing area to the basement (Floor 0R).
- Upon reaching the basement level (Floor 0R), exit the elevators and head towards the hallway on the left.
- Enter the MRI waiting area through the doors (Room 0E175).
- MRI staff will complete a thorough review of the participant's MRI screening form to ensure it is safe for the participant to have their MRI scan.
