Who?
Holland Bloorview youth ages 15 and older with disabilities. Participants need to be able to direct their own care and be looking to learn about programming to increase their independence.
What?
A virtual transitions pop-up event. Holland Bloorview Youth and their families looking to learn more about March of Dimes Canada's LIFE programming. LIFE Staff will introduce programming and answer questions about the program. Attendees will then be welcomed to test LIFE programming for a FREE trial.
