Melanie Penner, MD MSc FRCP(C) is a developmental paediatrician at Holland Bloorview Kids Rehabilitation Hospital and a senior clinician scientist at the Autism Research Centre in the Bloorview Research Institute. She is the Bloorview Childrens Hospital Foundation Research Chair in Developmental Pediatrics.
Research
Dr. Ellegood is interested in understanding of heterogeneity across and within individuals with neurodevelopmental disorders in order to implement a precision medicine approach and inform personalized solutions. Specifically, his work focuses on using structural and funtioncal MRI imaging techniques to understand how the brain develops regardless of diagnosis in an effort to subcategorize psychological disorders.

Education
Nilou received her BASc and MEng in electrical engineering from University of Toronto. She later on received her MASc from Ryerson University in biomedical engineering. As a result, she has research experience in diverse areas (e.g. ultrasound-based navigation, computer vision, robotics, power semiconductors, and electrostatic discharge devices).
Dr. Laura McAdam is a pediatrician at Holland Bloorview Kids Rehabilitation Hospital. Her clinical focus is rare genetic conditions specifically with children who have neuromuscular conditions or Rett syndrome. Dr. McAdam is also the Physician Director of Ambulatory Care at Holland Bloorview.

Dr. Danielle Baribeau leads a research program focused on clinically translating genetic advances into improved mental health care in autism and neurodevelopmental disorders.
