Jennifer is an associate at Voorheis & Co. LLP, which provides strategic and legal advice to institutional and other shareholders, boards of directors and chief executive officers in relation to critical opportunities, crisis situations and other complex challenges. Previously, she worked at Deloitte in their business technology consulting practice. Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Arts, Honours Business Administration from Ivey Business School at Western University and a JD from Queen’s University.

Mobeen is a Technology and Venture Development Analyst at the Toronto Innovation Acceleration Partners (TIAP). His role involves identifying and evaluating new commercialization opportunities for TIAP’s investment portfolio and venture builder program. Prior to TIAP, Mobeen worked at a DTC telehealth technology startup as a sales and business development leader, working closely with top pharmaceutical companies and health and wellness brands across Canada and the US.
