What is CommunityCONNECT?

The CommunityCONNECT series is monthly virtual sessions hosted by the Family Navigation Hub to help connect families to supports and resources in their communities. The sessions take place over Zoom and are generally 1.5 hours in length. The structure of the session generally involves an informational presentation by a community organization/partner, followed by a Q&A period where families can ask questions directly to service providers. Please see session descriptions to understand whether the content applies to your region.

Who can attend CommunityCONNECT events?

Anyone in the community who has a loved one with a disability of pediatric age (18 & under) are able to attend these events. You do not need to be a Holland Bloorview client to attend.

How do I join a CommunityCONNECT event?
