Watch Dr. Jessica Brian, co-lead of the Autism Research Centre at Holland Bloorview, weigh in on a new early intervention autism study out of the University of California, Davis.

Dr. Brian spoke with health reporter Avis Favaro and reiterated the importance of early intervention in young children with autism symptoms, suggesting more work was needed to confirm promising findings from the UC Davis study.

Dr. Jessica Brian and Dr. Evdokia Anagnostou co-lead the Autism Research Centre at Holland Bloorview Kids Rehabilitation Hospital, a research group devoted to improving outcomes and quality of life for children with autism spectrum disorders and their families.
