Holland Bloorview celebrates new leadership team appointments

Holland Bloorview is pleased to announce several changes to its senior management team that will support the bold ambitions outlined in our new strategic plan, Holland Bloorview 2030.

Effective August 7, 2023, we are pleased to announce the following changes in title and responsibilities to members of the senior management team (SMT):

Enza Dininio Enza Dininio has been appointed to the position of vice president corporate performance, digital health innovation and chief financial officer (CFO).  In her expanded role, Enza will continue to serve as CFO and will assume responsibilities for information management and technology (IMT), decision support and analytics, health information management and legal.  Enza will continue to provide operational leadership for aquatics, centralized equipment pool and materials management/purchasing.

Enza has been with Holland Bloorview since 2007 and joined SMT as CFO in 2018. With over 20 years of experience in public and private sector organizations, Enza has excelled in keeping Holland Bloorview in outstanding financial shape despite a complex funding environment and fiscal pressures arising from the pandemic.  Her empathetic style, ability to work across the organization and skills in budgeting and analysis are hallmarks of her leadership. 

Tracey MillarTracey Millar has been appointed to the position of vice president, people and culture. Tracey will continue to lead our people and culture portfolio, occupational health and wellness and administrative support services, while also assuming responsibility for volunteer resources, reception, and accommodations. Tracey has been with Holland Bloorview since 2005 and joined SMT in 2017 as interim vice president human resources. She became chief people and culture officer in 2019 and has provided exemplary leadership in enabling a healthy team approach at Holland Bloorview. 

Under Tracey’s tenure, we have solidified Holland Bloorview as a destination employer and continued our tradition as an award winning workplace.   During the pandemic, Tracey demonstrated the ability to consistently manage effectively through complexity, providing oversight of key programs that were new or in unprecedented demand, including redeployment and occupational health.

Stewart WongStewart Wong has been appointed to the position of vice president, communications, strategy and sustainability.Stewart joined SMT as vice president, communications, marketing and advocacy in 2016 and co-created the evolution of communications and public engagement (CPE), a multiple-award-winning team that he has led in partnership with the Holland Bloorview Foundation. In this expanded role, Stewart will provide oversight of strategy, building services and Sodexo, who provide environmental and food services for Holland Bloorview. The alignment of building, environmental and food service under the banner of sustainability aligns well as a key commitment of Holland Bloorview 2030. 

Stewart is recognized as a highly engaged leader of teams, merging high performance, collaboration, humour and impactful results in all he does.  He served as co-chair of the pandemic steering committee, led the implementation of child-friendly, accessible COVID-19 vaccine clinics and played key leadership roles in our last two 100% accreditation cycles.
