We are aware of the recent news that second booster access has opened up for the 18+ population and that Health Canada has approved approved Moderna's COVID-19 vaccine for children aged 6 months – 5 years. Please note that we work with Toronto Public Health (TPH) to host these clinics.  TPH works weeks in advance to plan staffing and dose inventory. They also need time to update their eligibility protocol when new populations become eligible. For these reasons, the July 22 clinic will not be offering second boosters (4th doses)  to the 18+ population, first doses to children aged 6 months – 5 years or first boosters (3rd doses) to children aged 5-12 unless they fall under eligibility requirements for specific populations (such as those that are immunocompromised) as noted above.

However, we are in active discussions with TPH to increase capacity for future clinics to meet anticipated demand for newly-eligible populations.
