Who?

Holland Bloorview youth with disabilities between the ages 12-25, who are able to focus on a task for at least 30 minutes at a time, online.

What?

• A virtual Transition Pop-Up event.
• A monthly drop-in Life Skills program empowered by youth!
• Join us for multimedia discussions on biases and stereotypes around disabilities, language and how we communicate, how to physically and verbally support our peers, and more!
• A safe space for youth to express and develop their identity through a group mentorship lens.
• Opportunities to community involvement, group activities, hear from Youth Mentors, and meet other youth! Topics of discussion vary each month.
