Register for CHOICES, an early intervention and prevention substance use program with Yorktown Family Service’s. Designed for youth to work in groups with a mentor to work on informed decision making, communication skills, problem solving, coping skills and self-awareness.

Holland Bloorview staff to adapt activities & facilitate interaction.

• can participate in conversation and group discussions
• can focus on a tasks for 30 minutes at a time online
• interested in working on informed decision making
