An informational session about Attendant Services Application Centre (ASAC) and Direct Funding (DF)

When?

Saturday April 9^th 2022 10:30am-12pm

Who?

Holland Bloorview youth with a physical disability ages 14 years and older who can direct their own care, and their families interested in learning about attendant services and direct funding.

Please note: the youth must be at least 16 years old to receive services from CILT. Younger youth are welcome to join the event in preparation for their transition to adulthood.

What?

• A virtual Transitions Pop-Up event.
• Learn about CILT and Attendant Services Application Centre (ASAC) and Direct Funding (DF).
• Hear directly from the staff. Meet other youth and families.
