What is the Event about?

• For Youth with disabilities who are 16 years old and older, and their families.
• The Bridging to Adulthood Team here at Holland Bloorview will provide an overview of the Ontario Disability Support Program (ODSP). We'll discuss how ODSP works, how to apply, eligibility, and additional support that may be provided.
• We'll be joined by a Holland Bloorview Family Leader and ODSP Case Workers to help guide our discussion and answer your questions.

When will this Event occur?

Wednesday March 19th, 2025, from 10:30am - 12pm.

Can I receive extra support completing and submitting an application to ODSP?

• Yes. However, application support is ONLY for Youth with disabilities who are 17.5+ years old  -  when applications to ODSP open.
• 1:1 support is available immediately after this event, or a later date. See registration for details.
