SeasonRegistration deadline
Fall - September to DecemberAugust 18, 2024
Winter - January to MarchDecember 8, 2024
Spring - April to JuneFebruary 16, 2025

Tips: If you intend to register for the entire year (Fall 2024 – Spring 2025), select each season of interest on the registration form. Forms that do not have seasons selected risk losing their scheduled spot. You will receive confirmation of enrollment for each season separately.

Meet and greet visit

The Program meet and greet visit is for is for clients new to arts programming. New participants may be asked to come in for a visit to meet with our team or receive a phone call to assess support needs. This allows your child to meet us and see the art studio spaces. We will provide families with an overview of the art programs and ensure that we can meet your child’s needs. These visits help us learn how to provide the best possible experience for your child in our unique art program environments.

Group programs and one-on-one support

Group programs can have 8 to 12 participants.

We do not provide one-on-one support for medical or behavioural needs. If one-on-one support is needed, it is the family’s responsibility to make arrangements to schedule and pay for their own worker. Optionally, this can be a family member.

Confirming your child’s spot

Registration is the first step in the enrollment process. Submitting a registration form does not confirm your child’s spot. After the registration period closes, you will receive a confirmation and payment receipt/invoice and we may call you to find out more specific information about your child. Programs may not run if a minimum enrollment level is not achieved. If programs are full, you will be informed that your child is on the waitlist for the next available spot.

Cancellation policy

Click here (PDF) for the full cancellation policy.

Program cancellations must be received at least two weeks prior to the program start date to receive a refund. A $50 service charge will be deducted. For cancellations received less than two weeks prior to the program start date, the full fee will be charged.

Please note that one-to-one Adapted Music Education and Music Therapy require 24-hour cancellation notice to reschedule, otherwise the session is forfeited. There is a maximum of one make-up session available which must be completed within a single season and cannot be carried over. At the first session, the music therapist will talk to you about options for one make-up session.

Please note: Once the season has begun, you are unable to change therapists. If you are experiencing difficulties with your therapist, please communicate these issues with them to find a solution. If you’re unable to come to a resolution, please contact the program administrator.

Tip: For returning clients, if you are interested in 1:1 and it is not available during the time that you want, try a group program!

Once enrolled, staff will work with the client and family to ensure their identified support needs are met. However, when all possible options have been exhausted, it may be determined that we are unable to meet their needs and participation in the program is not able to continue. Any decision such as this will be made in collaboration with family, clients, program staff, and the program manager.
