She’s also a single parent by choice and is passionate about perinatal social work and supporting parents/caregivers with disabilities on their parenting journey. Gabriella also specializes in discussions around disability and sexuality and has provided educational workshops for teens and their caregivers. She is also passionate in supporting children with disabilities as they transition to adult services.

Her previous experience includes various start-up environments, educational services, and marketing roles. Jean Hammond is a family partnerships specialist on the Client and Family Integrated Care (CFIC) team. She first came to Holland Bloorview in 2008 as a parent of a child with a developmental disability and then joined the hospital’s Family Leadership Program as a volunteer in 2011.
As a visual artist, arts educator and program coordinator, Shannon is passionate about working with children and youth using the materiality of the arts as a way for them to explore and express their ideas.
Nathan Ho is the director of pharmacy services at Holland Bloorview Kids Rehabilitation Hospital. Nathan and the team of pharmacists and pharmacy technicians at Holland Bloorview partner with clients, families, and the healthcare team to support the safe and effective use of medications. Samantha is the Coordinator, Community Engagement - HB Alumni Network as well as a Lived Experience Mentor working in The Teen Lounge where I interact with inpatient clients. Prior to working here, I was an outpatient client and have used a number of Holland Bloorview's programs. I have also been a member of the Youth Advisory Council for a number of years, and have been in executive positions on the council for a number of years.
Charlie Morison completed his undergraduate degree in Finance at the John Molson School of Business in Montreal and was a member of the Kenneth Woods Portfolio Management Program. After spending just under two years at BMO Capital Markets in Investment Banking as an Analyst on the Mergers & Acquisitions team, Charlie joined Cambridge Global Asset Management as an Equity Analyst.
