Paul Soumalias completed his graduate degree in Experimental Neuroscience from Imperial College London in London, UK. Now a Data Scientist at TD Bank, Paul is part of TD’s Enterprise Analytics team that aims to unlock value for TD through innovative and data-backed methods. Paul first had the privilege of being introduced to Holland Bloorview more than ten years ago when his cousin was a client of the hospital’s day and respite camps.
Eric Smart, MScOT, OT Reg. (Ont.), is an occupational therapist working in Transitions, Therapeutic Recreation, and Life Skills. He’s also a member of the Solution-Focused Health Care Coach program at Holland Bloorview.
Kelly Hennessy, BKin, R.Kin, MSc Candidate, is the research co-ordinator for the Access ON Physical Literacy project at Holland Bloorview Kids Rehabilitation Hospital and the Hospital for Sick Children.

Pamela Green, MHSc, RN(EC), is a pediatric nurse practitioner with 30 years of experience working with children and families in a variety of settings including neonatal intensive care, neonatal developmental follow-up, infancy and early childhood and early identification and diagnosis of developmental conditions including autism spectrum disorder (ASD) .
Megan Lynch, MScOT, OT Reg. (Ont.), is an occupational therapist working in the Child Development Program and has worked extensively with children and youth in various roles.
Megan enjoys collaborating with children and their families to develop strategies that will meet their unique sensory processing needs. She has delivered parent workshops on topics including sensory processing, play skills and motor development.
Jill Gilders, OTA/PTA , is an occupational and physical therapy assistant who has been working at Holland Bloorview Kids Rehabilitation Hospital for six years.
Jill spends the school year working with clients between the age of 3 and 7 in the Integrated Education and Therapy program. During the summer, she works with youth aged 15 to 21 in the Youth at Work program.
