Sean McNulty is Principal and Co-Founder of XIB Financial Inc., holding company for the Toronto-based capital markets advisory and asset management businesses. 

Sean is the Chief Investment Officer and Portfolio Manager at XIB Asset Management Inc, a registered investment fund manager and exempt market dealer. 

Prior to founding XIB, Sean worked at one of Canada’s most successful hedge funds, MM Asset Management (MMAM), where he was part of a five-person investment team responsible for managing an event-driven investment portfolio.

Prior to his role at MMAM, Sean was part of the M&A Investment Banking team at Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce (CIBC).

Sean is a CFA Charter holder and received a Bachelor of Business Administration, graduating as Valedictorian from the University of New Brunswick with majors in finance and human resource management.
