Ayesha Zubair

Ayesha is an insight professional currently working at RBC as a Manager, Research + Insights in the Enterprise Strategy and Transformation Services team where she is part of the internal management consulting team providing advisory services across the bank. She brings a strong background in strategic HR, metrics and measurement, governance and change advisory. Ayesha holds a Bachelors in HR Management from York University and is currently completing her Masters in Strategic Foresight and Innovation Design at OCAD University with a research focus in Strategic Agility and Organizational Resilience. As a former client and a proud Holland Bloorview Alumna, Ayesha is thrilled to join the Catalyst Council to continue raising awareness about the life-changing impact that Holland Bloorview has on clients, families and communities.
