NOvEL Lab Mission

At the NOvEL lab, our mission is to use neurorehab outcomes and methods to help youth understand themselves. We believe education around self-advocacy will lead our clients and families towards a brighter future.   

We can achieve our mission in the following ways:

  • improve and develop evidence-based practice, including models of interdisciplinary care for clients and families with cognitive, emotional, or behavioural needs

  • we strive to make our research as accessible as possible

  • train the next generation of clinical researchers through a collaborative co-supervision model
