Accessing interpreter services:
Please let us know if you will need an interpreter at your appointment. One will be provided to you at no charge.
New clients:
If you are a new Holland Bloorview client and require an interpreter for your visits here, please call appointment services at 416-424-3823 or 1-877-666-3823.
Please give us as much notice as possible so we can ensure you receive this service. Once appointment services has been notified that you need an interpreter, one will be provided for you at every visit until we are told otherwise.
Appointment cancellations:
Holland Bloorview must provide our interpreter service provider with at least 24 hours notice if an appointment change or cancellation is needed; otherwise we still have to pay for this service. Please call Holland Bloorview as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an appointment.
