Holland Bloorview is hosting a workshop for youth with disabilities in grade 10-12 and their family to learn about preparing for the transition to college or university.

The workshop will cover:

• Post-secondary program options
• Differences in academic accommodations in post-secondary education settings
• Application process 
• Financial assistance
• How to prepare for academic and social transitions
• Personal care support (*optional session)

There will also be an opportunity to hear from college and university students with disabilities and their parents. They will share their experiences and answer your questions

Where: Holland Bloorview 

When: Saturday November 23, 2019

Time: 9:30 a.m. to 3:15 p.m. Optional session on personal care is from 3:15 p.m. to 3:45 p.m

Space is limited. Pre-paid registration is required by November 8, 2019.
