Andrei Mouraviev
Andrei Mouraviev is an Imaging Analyst at the Population Neuroscience & Developmental Neuroimaging Program at Holland Bloorview Institute. In this role, he develops image-analysis pipelines for large population-based studies, executes pipelines on large datasets (tens of thousands of participants), and supports the program with regards to image storage, management, and analysis.
Mouraviev has had three years of experience in analyzing magnetic resonance images of the brain. He has a MSc in Medical Biophysics from the University of Toronto, where he developed machine learning algorithms for automated segmentation of brain lesions and prediction of patient outcome to radiotherapy treatment. His industry work consisted of geospatial analysis of satellite imagery for farm productivity, profitability, and sustainability.
