Evaluation of a toolkit on workplace disability disclosure discussions for employers and managers


We want input from employers and human resource personnel in evaluating an evidence-based tool to help employers to engage in disability disclosure discussions with their employees, helping to enhance disability confidence and sensitivity.

Are you an employer, manager or human resource personnel who regularly hire people with disabilities? Consider participating in a study about evaluating a tool to enhance disability confidence for employers and workplace inclusion.

Who can participate

We are looking for:

  • An employer or human resources personnel (i.e., hiring manager, HR manager, etc.) with experience or interest in hiring people with disabilities

Funding agency

CIHR-SSHRC and Kimel Family Fund

What's involved

Participants will be asked to:

  • Complete a survey before and after viewing the tool
  • Participants will receive a gift card as a token of appreciation for completing the surveys.
