Linda is a partner in the securities group at Blake, Cassels & Graydon LLP with a focus on mergers and acquisitions and capital markets transactions. Linda advises both public and private companies, institutional and strategic investors and investment dealers in a variety of industries. Linda also provides pro bono legal services to not-for-profit organizations and holds a BCom from the University of Toronto and JD from Queen’s University.
