Poonam Puri is a Professor of Law at Osgoode Hall Law School, York University, and an affiliated scholar at Davies, Ward, Phillips & Vineberg LLP. She is an expert in corporate law, securities law, corporate governance and business strategy.
Appointed to Osgoode's faculty in 1997 and a two‐time recipient of its Teaching Excellence Award, she holds a Master of Law (LL.M.) from Harvard Law School
and a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from the University of Toronto.
