Peter is the Director of Innovation and Future of Work at RBC where his team leads the enablement and execution of transformative projects across the risk management function. Peter has over 15 years of credit risk and finance experience, having worked across agency, government and now banking. Peter works extensively with youth and early talent, having spent almost a decade teaching at and supporting the University of Toronto and is a recipient of the Arbor Award, UofT’s highest distinction for volunteerism. Peter joins the Catalyst Council at Holland Bloorview as an advocate and deep admirer of the empathy first approach that Holland Bloorview provides for the kids, parents and all those that need its services.
