Who is this for?
Youth with disabilities 14 years old+, and their families.
What?
A free Virtual Pop-Up Event where you’ll learn about the role of Developmental Services Ontario (DSO) and how it can support your transition to adulthood. Hear directly from:
- DSO agency staff
- The Bridging to Adulthood team at Holland Bloorview
- A Family Leader (a parent/caregiver with lived experience)
Topics include:
- How to apply to DSO
- Eligibility criteria and funded services
- Community resources available through DSO
- Introduction to Passport Funding: what it is, when it starts, and how to use it effectively
- Overview of day programs for adults
- Q&A with Family Leaders – ask questions and learn from families who’ve been through it

If eligible, the Bridging to Adulthood Team can provide 1 :1 support to support you to begin an application at a later date, after this Pop-Up.
