Donna Inch is a professional accountant with more than thirty years of experience, mostly in the Not-For-Profit sector. As the senior financial person in the Foundation, Donna oversees financial and legal reporting, the annual operating plan, investments, HR, and other processes. She works closely with the President & CEO, supporting the Treasurer of the Board of Directors, and Chair of the Investment Committee to safeguard Foundation assets.

Mr. Sugar recently retired as a Managing Director, Investment Banking at RBC Capital Markets, where he worked since 1979. He specialized in the mining sector, particularly in equity and debt financings, mergers and acquisitions and other advisory services for a wide range of Canadian and international mining companies. Prior to joining RBC Capital Markets, he spent 10 years in the mining industry as a geologist, analyst and consultant. Mr.

As Managing Director of Par-Pak Ltd., his family business, he was responsible for the overall day to day operations.Par-Pak Ltd. was established in 1977 and quickly grew to be the leading manufacturer of ridged plastic packaging for the bakery and foodservice industries in Canada.
Dayna Bleeman joined Holland Bloorview Kids Rehabilitation Hospital Foundation in 2014. In her role, she oversees all leadership and corporate fundraising, along with the Foundation’s two signature events and all community events. Dayna approaches fundraising with an entrepreneurial spirit and customizes all partnerships to fit the needs of the donor.
Prior to joining Holland Bloorview Foundation, Dayna held senior roles at Princess Margaret Cancer Foundation and Reena Foundation.
Prior to leading Prime Quadrant, Mo built, bought, sold, and managed organizations across a range of sectors, including education, auto restoration, e-commerce, and microfinance. In each of his entrepreneurial ventures, Mo has tried to innovate, disrupt and improve each of the industries he touched.
