In addition to her clinical background as an occupational therapist and her project management designation, Joanne has held senior roles in collaborative practice, ambulatory care as well as quality, safety and performance.
Jane Gavan is a corporate director with over thirty-five years of progressive experience in the real estate industry. Until her retirement at the end of 2025, she held several leadership positions within the Dream group of companies, which companies operate in the real estate and investments verticals in Canada, the U.S. and Europe. In her career, she has been integrally involved in mergers and acquisitions, initial public offerings, capital markets and investor relations.
Irene Andress serves as vice-president, programs & services and chief nursing executive.
In October 2020, Irene joined Holland Bloorview following a 35-year career in healthcare, 30 of which were at Michael Garron Hospital. She held several senior leadership positions there, including vice-president, patient experience, health professions & chief nursing executive.
Gunjan is proud to have been associated with Holland Bloorview Kids Rehabilitation Hospital over the last six years, as a Family Leader and recently as Rapid Response Family Leader during Covid-19.
Dr. Rageen Rajendram is a Developmental Paediatrician at Holland Bloorview Kids Rehabilitation Hospital (HBKRH), with a medical degree from the University of Toronto. His interests lie at the intersection of developmental disorders, clinical informatics, and artificial intelligence (AI), aiming to improve care delivery for individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).
