Jane Gavan

Jane Gavan is a corporate director with over thirty-five years of progressive experience in the real estate industry. Until her retirement at the end of 2025, she held several leadership positions within the Dream group of companies, which companies operate in the real estate and investments verticals in Canada, the U.S. and Europe. In her career, she has been integrally involved in mergers and acquisitions, initial public offerings, capital markets and investor relations. At various times in the last several years she has held the positions of President of Asset Management as well as CEO of each of Dream Office REIT, Dream Residential REIT and Dream Global REIT. Prior to joining Dream, Ms. Gavan spent 7 years at Oxford Properties as legal counsel and began her legal career at Blakes.

Currently Ms. Gavan sits on the boards of PrairieSky Royalty Ltd., Colliers International Group Inc., Dream Industrial REIT and Dream Unlimited, all listed on the TSX. Ms. Gavan has served on the board of Women’s College Foundation and is on the Patron’s Council of Community Living Toronto, an organization that supports individuals with intellectual disabilities.

Ms. Gavan holds an Honours Bachelor of Commerce from Carleton University and a Bachelor of Law from Osgoode Hall.
