Holland Bloorview clients, who are 12-25 years old.
What:
- Register for CONNECT 4, a group mentorship program designed for youth to work in small groups with a mentor to develop and enhance their life skills and leadership skills.
- Holland Bloorview staff to adapt activities & facilitate interactions.

Monday April 5th, 2021 (with the opportunity to register for weekly events directly with Yorktown Family Services)
