Craig is Managing Director and Group Head of the Diversified Industries Group at BMO Capital Markets. Craig is a long-standing member of the Group, having joined in early 2004. Since joining BMO Capital Markets, Craig has executed a wide array of M&A advisory mandates and equity and debt financings on behalf of wide range of public issuers, private family-owned businesses and portfolio investments of private equity funds. Craig currently sits on the Investment & Corporate Banking Global Leadership Committee.
