Holland Bloorview’s Family Leadership Program recognized by HealthCareCAN and the Canadian Patient Safety Institute (CPSI)

On October 30, 2015, the Family Leadership Program at Holland Bloorview Kids Rehabilitation Hospital was recognized with an honourable mention for the 2015 Patient Safety Champion Organization Award by HealthCareCAN and the Canadian Patient Safety Institute (CPSI).
