Who is this event for? 
Youth aged 16 years or older with physical disabilities who are able to self-manage their care. Families and Holland Bloorview Staff are also welcome to learn more about the attendant services and the different available programs/options in Ontario.

What will we discuss? 
A virtual Transitions Pop-Up event. Learn about CILT and Direct Funding (DF), Attendant Services Application Centre (ASAC) and other attendant services options in Ontario. Hear directly from CILT, attendants and former clients.
