Dr. Anne Kawamura is a developmental pediatrician at Holland Bloorview Kids Rehabilitation Hospital. Her clinical focus is with children who have complex medical and developmental disorders with a special interest in children with cerebral palsy and neuromotor disabilities. Research Focus:
Dr. Andrea Hoffman is a Clinical Study Investigator, and her research is focused on issues related to the medical management, transition and advance care planning for children with cerebral palsy and children with medical complexity.
Dr. Elizabeth Young, MD, FRCPC is a general consulting and developmental Paediatrician in the Department of Paediatrics at St. Michael’s Hospital. She is an Assistant Professor at the University of Toronto. She completed medical school at McMaster University and a Paediatrics residency at Queens University. She worked as a general Paediatrician for two years in Toronto and then went onto then complete her developmental Paediatric sub specialty residency at the University of Toronto.
Dr. Angela Orsino is a developmental pediatrician in the Child Development Program who has a strong interest in medical education. She completed the Education Scholars Program through the U of T Centre for Faculty Development in 2016 and has participated in various educational leadership roles since then. Since 2021, she has been the program director for the U of T Developmental Pediatrics subspecialty/fellowship program.
Dr. Amy Glicksman is a Paediatric Respirologist at Holland Bloorview Kids Rehabilitation Hospital. She is also an Assistant Professor in the Department of Paediatrics at the University of Toronto.
Dr. Cecilia Lee is a Developmental Paediatrician at Holland Bloorview and an Assistant Professor at the University of Toronto. She completed her medical degree and Paediatrics residency training at the University of Alberta and her subspecialty residency in Developmental Paediatrics at the University of Toronto. She also completed a Master of Science degree through the Institute of Medical Science at the University of Toronto.
Dr. Kamini Raghuram is a dual trained Neonatologist and Developmental Pediatrician at Sinai Health. Her research interests focus on the long-term neurodevelopmental outcomes of children born preterm and those with other fetal conditions, such as congenital diaphragmatic hernia and fetal neurological abnormalities.

Dr. Jessica Lynch completed her Medical School at the University of Toronto (U of T) and her Paediatrics residency at the Children’s Hospital of Eastern Ontario at the University of Ottawa. She returned to Toronto to complete her subspecialty residency in Developmental Paediatrics and graduated in 2019. Dr. Lynch is currently a Developmental Paediatrician in the Child Development Program at Holland Bloorview Kids Rehabilitation Hospital.
Dr. Joelene Huber is a developmental paediatrician and the Medical Lead of the ABILITY Program at the Hospital for Sick Children. The ABILITY program aims to adapt and improve health care delivery for children and youth with autism spectrum disorder and/or Intellectual/Developmental Disability who require medical care at the Hospital for Sick Children.
