Join us for free Holiday Fun, Winter Festivities, Games and Music in a sensitive and supported environment in the Holland Bloorview Conference Centre. Hosted by Transitions, Recreation and Life Skills Team.

Ages 5-13 yrs old: 10:30am - 12:00pm

Ages 14-21 yrs old: 1:00pm - 2:30pm

• Please ensure caregivers attend with clients
• Family and siblings are encouraged to join
• Register here - 1 ticket per family
• Bring a camera for family photos
