Holland Bloorview Kids Rehabilitation Hospital is proud to be recognized as one of Greater Toronto’s Top Employers for 2026 for the 16th consecutive year. This award celebrates organizations that foster exceptional workplace culture, prioritize employee wellbeing, and make a meaningful impact in the community.
This year, Holland Bloorview was recognized for the following reasons:
- Along with helping employees save for the future, Holland Bloorview manages an experienced workforce program as part of its talent planning framework, providing financial counselling, phased-in work options, and other supports to help staff transition to retirement, including the ability to gradually reduce their hours over two years
- Holland Bloorview supports employees' physical and mental well-being by providing resources like an online mental health and wellness hub and offering mental health care coverage of up to $2,500 annually through the organization's benefits plan
- Holland Bloorview recently completed a compensation review and adjusted salaries accordingly for a majority of staff - employees are also able to access a variety of discounts on tickets to sporting events and outdoor attractions, as well as preferred pricing on a wide range of goods and services through a third-party vendor
