On November 10^th the Bloorview Research Institute is celebrating its tenth annual research symposium, bringing together scientists, students, clinicians, client and families to learn about exciting research occurring in the area of Transitions at Holland Bloorview.

Transition research will enter the Twittersphere using the hashtag #TransitionMatters to promote inclusion, and highlight some of the many discussions from the day.
