At Holland Bloorview Kids Rehabilitation Hospital we are partnering with clients to make sure we are providing the best care possible. We work directly with clients to gain their input on the programs, services and quality improvements that directly affect them.
In June 2016, we launched our first ever Kids Feedback Month with a survey for inpatient clients and made some improvements to care based on feedback. This year we’ll be talking to both inpatient and outpatient clients to get their feedback on how the hospital can improve their experience. Clients will be able to complete the survey in one-to-one interviews with our kids feedback specialist from July 17 to August 18.
This kids-only survey is one of a number of surveys we use to regularly seek feedback from clients and families so we can provide the best care possible and ensure clients and families are at the heart of everything we do.
