The ProFILE Lab at the Bloorview Research Institute invites you to a virtual webinar on Tuesday, July 8, 2025, from 12:00–1:00 p.m. ET: “Exploring the Intersections of Gender, Sexuality, and Disability,” presented by the Knowledge Network of Expertise in Disability & Sexuality (KNEDS).

This interactive session will feature:

  • Rachele Manett (they/she) – a queer and disabled educator, certified therapeutic recreation specialist (CTRS), and host of That Sex Show on AMI-tv. Rachele is also the education coordinator at Venus Envy, a sex-positive bookstore and education centre.
  • Wesley Magee-Saxton (they/them) – a queer and disabled Canadian Academy–nominated actor, activist, and writer. Wesley is an Intermediate Coach Educator at Holland Bloorview, co-founder of Forge Ahead: A Party to Access, and customer relations manager at IZ Adaptive, an adaptive fashion brand.

Whether you're navigating these intersections personally, supporting others, or simply looking to learn, this moderated Q&A and discussion will offer space for listening, reflection, and connection.
