The CONNECT lab conducts research aimed at exploring and advancing our understanding of the neurobiology of developmental diversity and change, leading to innovative neurorehabilitation interventions for children with neurological differences arising from autism spectrum disorder, brain injury resultant of stroke or trauma, spinal cord injury and persistent pain disorders.
The CONNECT lab is part of the Bloorview Research Institute at Holland Bloorview Kids Rehabilitation Hospital led by Dr. Deryk Beal, clinician scientist and speech-language pathologist.
